I have lived in Grayson County all my life. I grew up in Sherman and have now lived in Bells for the past 20 years. I started working in real estate in 1998 for a group of amazing realtors, as an assistant. I realized that I really enjoyed seeing people obtain their dream of home ownership and got my real estate license in 2001. While working as an agent, I also pursued my certified appraiser license. In 2007 I started my own real estate appraisal company which I still own and operate today. In my free time, I love spending time with my family and friends, being involved in my church, going to concerts and traveling. I also enjoy meeting new people and connecting with others through community involvement. I have served on the Bells City Council, Supporters of Bells Youth, Bells PTO and currently serve on the board for the Bells Education Foundation. I have lived in the Texoma area my whole life, devoting 24 yeras to coaching and educating students in various schools in the area.  My passion has always been helping people, so helping people find their forever home is a natural fit and something I have been interested in for many years.  In my spare time I love spending time with my three children, fishing at my family ranch, live music, and boating on Lake Texoma!

Clay is a 5th generation Real Estate Professional.  He was born and raised in Grayson County, and has lived there most of his life. Chad Blankenship is a devoted husband and father of four, originally from Roanoke, VA, and raised in Denison, TX. He currently resides in Van Alstyne, TX. A passionate golfer with an outgoing personality, he has a deep love for nature and enjoys spending time outdoors. With a background in escrow and new home construction, Chad has developed a strong interest in real estate. As a committed Christian, he values faith, family, and living life to the fullest!
